I live in San Sebastián, the culinary capital of the world, in the Basque Country of Spain. I moved here after spending a year working as an organic farmer all over Europe, and after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Hell, I even won a couple of James Beard Foundation Scholarships along the way.
